Assisted Living Services

Residents usually live in their own apartments or rooms and share common areas. They have access to many services, including:

Nutritious meals three times a day
Residents may also have access to snacks in the dining area throughout the day and night.
Monthly resident counsel meetings for feedback and any dietary preferences input
Provides assistance with routine daily-living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, based on the resident level of assistance required.
Nursing care and management of chronic medical conditions, health promotion clinics offered on site
24-hour supervision, security, and on-site staff
Registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) on duty and on-call availability
Self-administered medication management, and assistance with supplying refill via off site contracted pharmacies
The apartments and studios come with an emergency medical alert system to connect with staff or 911 immediately in the event of an emergency
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services provided by independent vendor agencies in the premises

Home Health Agencies and their Services, including wound management provided by independent vendor agencies
Hospice and Palliative Services provided by independent vendor agencies
Medical doctor, Podiatrist, Psychologist, and Dental services are provided by independent contractors
Housekeeping and laundry
Home maintenance, repairs and landscaping. When your dishwasher, air conditioner or another appliance breaks, management takes care of the repairs. Landscaping services are typically included as well.
Cable television, community-wide Wi-Fi service
Social and recreational activities, that may include educational, cultural or religious events or services, trips to plays or concerts, guest speakers and other opportunities for residents to socialize and enjoy mental stimulation. Residents may participate in gardening activities as weather allowed.
Offer transportation to appointments, shopping, and community events, along with trips to the grocery store, pharmacy and other essential errand locations.
Classes for fitness, yoga or other forms of physical exercise are offered. Residents may also take classes on painting, writing, technology, home safety or other topics.
Beauty shop and barber services.
